We want everyone to be able to take part fully and comfortably in our National Gathering and AGM. If there’s anything we can do to make the event more accessible for you — including physical access, communication support, medical needs or anything else — please let us know here. Everything you share will be treated confidentially and with care.

Accessibility options in place:

• Documents will be shared in advance

• Large print versions of documents can be provided on request

• The food menu will be sent out ahead of time and will be fully vegan

• A colouring and quiet game zone for children

• Paper voting for anyone unable to use Mentimeter

• Step-free access to all event spaces, with a ramp to the first floor and a lift to the second

• Accessible toilets on the same floor as the event

• Gender-neutral toilets with step-free access

• Hearing loop available on request
