Are you sick of service cuts, rising fares, and being cut off?

Get involved in your local campaign to win a bus service that works for our community, not commercial interests.  Friends of the Earth Scotland and Kinross Climate Cafe are hosting a public meeting to launch a new local campaign to bring public transport back into public hands in Kinross.

Earlier this month Stagecoach announced their decision to withdraw the lifeline X56 bus service as it was not "commercially viable". We cannot keep firefighting a broken system. Local bus service provision has fallen by a quarter in the last year while major private bus companies continue to extract millions in profit. Meanwhile, over-reliance on cars has made transport the largest source of climate pollution in Scotland.

Nothing changes unless you fight for it, we will be making a plan to win real change in our community.
